Common fixes

I cannot sign in

Request a fresh email code, use the same browser or app where you started sign-in, and avoid opening authentication links in a separate browser profile.

Calendar is not syncing

Reconnect Google, Outlook, iPhone Calendar, or Android Calendar from Connect. Work or school calendars may require company admin approval.

My Pro access is missing

Use Restore Purchases if you subscribed through App Store or Google Play. Web subscriptions can be managed from Account.

Health data is not showing

Check Apple Health or Health Connect permissions, then open Connect and sync again. Manual sleep logging remains available anytime.

I want my data

Open Account to export or delete your Verrvy data. Privacy and Terms are always available from the app and website.
