Account deletion

Delete your Verrvy account

Verrvy lets users delete their account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting support from the email address on the account.

Delete from inside Verrvy

  1. Sign in to Verrvy.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Request deletion without signing in

Email privacy@verrvy.com from the email address on your Verrvy account with the subject Delete my Verrvy account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Account deletion removes the Verrvy sign-in, manual logs, imported calendar metadata, OAuth tokens, consent records, risk history, AI recommendation cache, and user-scoped analytics events. Data we are legally required to retain may be kept only for the required period.
